Industrial Visit to the Coca-Cola Plant

The Training & Placement Cell organized an educational Industrial Visit to the Coca-Cola Plant for B.Tech 3rd year students. The visit aimed to provide hands-on exposure to modern manufacturing systems, quality control practices, and large-scale beverage production operations.

During the visit, students observed the fully automated bottling line, including washing, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging processes. Engineers from Coca-Cola explained the use of advanced technologies such as automation, robotics, real-time monitoring systems, and supply chain integration, which help maintain efficiency and product consistency.

Students also learned about quality assurance procedures, water purification techniques, carbonation processes, and strict hygiene standards followed at every stage of production. The team further briefed students about Coca-Cola’s sustainability initiatives, including waste management, recycling practices, and energy-efficient operations. Overall, the Coca-Cola industrial visit proved to be a highly informative experience, enhancing the technical knowledge, practical awareness, and professional readiness of the B.Tech 3rd year students.

This industrial visit was organized under the esteemed guidance of Hon’ble Chairman Sir Shri B.L. Gupta Ji, Director Sir- Prof. (Dr.) Ranjit Varma, Dean - Mr. Ayush Sharma, and HOD - Mr. Shiv Kumar.

It was further supported by Resource Person Ms. Richa (HR), Placement officer Ms. Leena Tiwari, and Assistant Professor Mr. Kuldeep Singh & Ms. Priyanka Khushwaha.
